  Today we spent time reading and analyzing. Effort is everything. Success is NOT the traditional way of life that people have been made to believe it is. Success is more than just being smart or being talented. It’s not fancy cars or clothes and shoes. Success is effort. By putting in effort you can take advantage of any opportunities and reap the benefits. We also discussed how knowing where you come from is important.. sometimes we are made to believe certain things and sometimes things are not as they seem!

 Yesterday we worked on our origin myths. Origin myths consist of a lot of components which can be overwhelming. I have the theme that I want to be introduced in my story but it is still kind of difficult to put the whole origin myth together.

 Today I found out about a project we have. So I had to read the passage so I could begin to start on my project. I am actually super excited for this project because it requires lots of creativity. And it gets my brain working and thinking.
