 We talked a lot about poetry. It may seem boring to others and even me sometimes however, it gets people talking. Poems get people discussing and analyzing. And even debating.

Todays topic was about escape and nature. We read a poem about escaping when things in your life become deep and dark. And we worked on the figurative language of a lot of sentences. We also learned that pleasure and drugs are really all just temporary parts of escaping. And now we have a test tomorrow and I am extremely tired.

 Today we discussed how life goes on..  No matter what happens to you the world won’t stop for you. So it’s up to you to live a good life. Try not to leave things undone in life because you never know when life will come to an sudden end.

 Today I was not present for half the class. Due to the fact that I received my honors. But, today was another day of reviewing for the Georgia Milestones. We went over multiple choice questions.And we only answered four questions. This week was all review for milestones. Which was great because teachers usually don’t review with their students before the best.
