 Today we read a story about a mother and her dead daughter and a man who abandons the woman’s daughter. We then took notes so we could have the information for our test. Today was my first day back so I really did not understand the passage but he said we will analyze and break down the passage more.

 Today was another day of note taking and reflecting. Today we discussed school dress code and we also went back into yesterdays topic about personal and professional life.we also discussed the topic of conservative communities. Then we went on to read a passage and we made claims and then we found evidence for those claims. Then we proceeded to explain those claims and discuss other topics that all were similar to our discussion for today. 

 Today was another calm day for the most part. We started off class with a seat change. Then we took notes on what you look for in certain people that you require them to have. Which all lead us to our topic for the day. Which was making a claim on an argumentative essay. And discussing if perfection was valuable or not. 

 Today was a pretty light day. We discussed getting familiar with different and various vocabulary words so that we could expand or words beyond what we already been taught or already know. We completed some lessons on our vocabulary. And while doing all of our work we were chatting per usual. Calm days are often experienced in this class period.
