 Today we read a story about a mother and her dead daughter and a man who abandons the woman’s daughter. We then took notes so we could have the information for our test. Today was my first day back so I really did not understand the passage but he said we will analyze and break down the passage more. 

 I was not present.

 Today was another day of note taking and reflecting. Today we discussed school dress code and we also went back into yesterdays topic about personal and professional life.we also discussed the topic of conservative communities. Then we went on to read a passage and we made claims and then we found evidence for those claims. Then we proceeded to explain those claims and discuss other topics that all were similar to our discussion for today. 

 Today was another calm day for the most part. We started off class with a seat change. Then we took notes on what you look for in certain people that you require them to have. Which all lead us to our topic for the day. Which was making a claim on an argumentative essay. And discussing if perfection was valuable or not. 

 Today was a pretty light day. We discussed getting familiar with different and various vocabulary words so that we could expand or words beyond what we already been taught or already know. We completed some lessons on our vocabulary. And while doing all of our work we were chatting per usual. Calm days are often experienced in this class period. 

 I was not able to do my blog for Monday due to being in extreme pain. However in class we discussed the topic of successfully answering a question. In a complete and through way. We also discussed the need for teens to drive but how it is no longer a central focus of society today. Considering the fact that we have all these new ways of transportation. 

 Today was part two of the benchmark. I ran low on time so I didn’t get a chance to finish all of my constructed response. However, I think I did really good on my multiple choice questions. We had a pep rally in fourth period.. which I really enjoyed. Every one said I did an amazing job so that felt really good. We have no game today so I can enjoy my Friday night and MY WEEKEND! 

 Today was benchmark day… ugh. I dread those days but I still got my work done. We only completed 1-12 so that was fine by me considering the fact that I was extremely tired. We had a football game last night and of course I did not get home until late. Im ready for the school day to be over so I can sleep. 

Todays topic was about escape and nature. We read a poem about escaping when things in your life become deep and dark. And we worked on the figurative language of a lot of sentences. We also learned that pleasure and drugs are really all just temporary parts of escaping. And now we have a test tomorrow and I am extremely tired. 

 Today we discussed how life goes on..  No matter what happens to you the world won’t stop for you. So it’s up to you to live a good life. Try not to leave things undone in life because you never know when life will come to an sudden end. 

 

 Today Mr.Rease was absent, and we had a substitute. We had already been told by Mr.Rease the work we needed to do so it was simple and easy.We had an easy and smooth day.. most people she already completed their work. So we just talked the whole class period. 

 Today we talked about dreams with also is apart of life. We diss her the American dream which almost every American would or should want to have some part of. We also discussed  a dream being deferred. There are many reasons a dream can be deferred however it’s ways that, that happening can be prevented. However the number one things is to make sure your dream or dreams are a priority!
